Welcome to the DYnamic NAnoMEDicines research group at the University of Michigan! We seek to understand how nanomedicines interact with their intended physiological environments. We engineer nano-scaled non-viral vehicles, taking advantage of combinatorial polymer vehicle libraries, high-throughput in vivo screening tools, and three-dimensional cell culture models that recapitulate disease physiology.
